What​'s next after the free discovery call?
After your free scheduled discovery call, Vault 28 will send a follow-up email recapping the conversation and a topline scope of work along with our capabilities deck. A contract specifying services, pricing, legal restrictions, responsibilities, and duties will be drafted and emailed if we are so fortunate to partner with you. Partner is expected to sign and date within seven days of receipt of the email. If changes or updates to the contract are needed, the partner is expected to contact us before the seventh day.
Do I have to sign a contract, if so what lengths do you offer?
Each partner that signs to Vault 28 receives a tailored contract, which means no contracts are the same. We provide 3-months, 6-months, and 12-months contracts. If you are seeking a short-term project or monthly agreement, a monthly retainer contract will be drafted. Note, we advise long-term contracts as they provide enough time to produce the best results.
Do I have to make a deposit?
Yes. For long-term, short-term, and monthly contracts, Vault 28 requires a 100% first month's payment due at signing and all monthly payments are due on the 5th of every month. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
